On January thirteenth 2015, Chief secretary Rajiv sharma has appointed Ms. Parvati subramanyam as tspsc secretary for TSPSC Board.
Now she becomes the first secretary for Telangana State Public Service Commission. She is also the first woman secretary for TSPSC. The orders were issued by CS of Telangana state.

Ms. Parvati subramanyam is an IAS Officer from 2005 batch and now she will be giving her services for the TSPSC Board.
Earlier she has given her services as General observer in YSR Kadapa District. The appointment of IAS officers is going in a fast way since the telangana government has got many officers from AP and now they are fulfilling the vacancies.
People from telangana need to know the composition of tspsc board and how it works. So that they will have some idea about who are the members and who are not the members of the board. The tspsc board is a constitutional body not a statutory body. Since it is coming under the upsc board the tspsc board will also be a constitutional one and it is independent body.
What ever may the ruling government in the state the board will have their basic rights. But for passing few schemes they need to contact the cabinet of the state in order to pass the newly implemented schemes and ideas of recruitment.
As well know that Telangana and AP have some special provisions according to article 371-D (constitution of India). By this rule the recruitment has started in telangana and the initial recruitment drives like AEE(Civil) and HMWSSB and AE notifications have been released. Using advanced technology like Biometric they are conducting the exams and eliminating the impersonation of other identity for the original one. In this way the transparency of tspsc recruitment is being done in the telangana state.
