Telangana Police recruitment board is soon going to release ” TS SI Syllabus Exam Pattern ” for Telangana Police Sub Inspector job posts on www.tspolice.gov.in official website. These TS Police government vacancies are more in number so candidates aspiring for these tg telangana police govt jobs will have to prepare well in order to obtain a good secure in exam. Candidates will have to go through three phases of recruitment and they are as follows.
Telangana TS Police Exam Pattern :
- Prelims/Preliminary Test Examination
- Physical fitness test (PET)
- Final Written Test (Mains)
Telangana TS/TG Sub Inspector(SI) Exam Syllabus Details:
Total number of papers present in TS SI exam 2016 is four(4). There are Paper-1 (Arithmetic Reasoning & Mental Ability), Paper-2(GeneralStudies) , Paper-3(English) and Paper-4 (Telugu/Urdu)
PAPER-1 : [Mental Ability(Arithmetic, Reasoning)]
TG Police Paper-I will be of Arithmetic and Reasoning questions. The standard of question will be in SSC level so candidates can refer all the basics from primary to matriculation.
PAPER-2 : [General Studies]
- General Science
- Current Affairs of India and International
- Indian History
- Indian & TS Geography
- Indian Polity and TS Economy
- Telangana History :
As we are having the first SI recruitment in state we are going to have TG/TS History syllabus for sure in the exam. So students should prepare history of telangana and for ts history books suggested or preferred will be from Telugu academy. Also have a look on Telangana Policies list . According to new developments in telangana police recruitment process. News sources revealed that entire TS Police recruitment syllabus and pattern will be changed. New syllabus of Telangana TS Police Sub-Inspector(SI) will be TSPSC Group 2 syllabus and TSPSC Group 4 syllabus for TS Constable posts 2016.
TS SI Syllabus PAPER-3 : [General English]
The standard of english in Telangana police exam Paper 1 will be of Graduation/Degree level. Candidates appearing for the exams will be tested in understanding of english and will also tested in finding out writing skills. For example candidates will be asked to write ” Letters , Report writing or Paragraph writing “. Various models like ” Analogies , Comprehension passages, correcting sentence , finding out ones out , etc” will be present.
PAPER-4 : [Telugu/Urdu]
The candidates writing TS Police Paper-2 will be tested in Telugu proficiency. Which consists of writing and understanding of telugu language. Candidates will have to translate telugu to english language in some areas of examination paper. Even this paper will be in the level of graduation so candidates will be tested in all areas of standards.
TS Police SI Eligibility Criteria :
In order to write this exam the candidates will should have minimum Degree(3yrs)/Graduation(4yrs). These will be submitted during the verification process and their Graduation degree certificates will be verified. The candidates should have studied in recognized university or affiliated college of telangana or any other state in India.
TS Police Age Relaxation / Reservation :
Telangana Police SI and Constables recruitment will be having age relaxation for few categorys . Age limit mentioned in previous exams till now was 18 to 30 years. Coming to the reservation category Other Caste(OC) candidates will be having 40% , Backward Caste(BC) will be having 35% and 30% will be for Ex-servicemen/ST/SC candidates. Other state candidates will not have any reservations in this exam.
Reservation for women: A candidate will get 33% reservation in civil telangana police and 10% reservation in armed forces.
TS Sub Inspector(SI) Recruitment/Selection Process –
Earlier in APPSC there were events like 5K run and now the new state telangana is making few changes to these things. They will be eliminating the candidates by using new technology(RFID Technology Equipment). Instead of running long distances the candidate will have to run for a specified meters prescribed by the TS Police board. Then by using the new technology they can estimate the strength and capacity of candidate. Now the latest development in the selection procedure is out.
For Females : A candidate needs to run for 100m and pass in two events.
For Males : A candidate needs to run for 800m and pass (mandatory) & pass in two events out of 5events.
This type of method is already present in uttar pradesh police recruitment board. Similarly for all other events like “Long jump, High Jump, Shot put” will have few changes.
